If an item is listed in stock on the product page then 99.999 % of the time we have it in stock, ready to ship. In the rare event of an item listed as in stock not being available you'll be emailed the same day and given a likely delivery date.
Every order is processed and packed with care to ensure your total satisfaction.
We normally dispatch all orders received by 3PM Monday through Friday on the same day.
Orders received after 3PM on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday unless Saturday shipping has been agreed with our customer.
Orders below £30.00 are charged at £2.95, Orders above £30.00 are FREE of charge
Orders over £30.00 shipped using our free UK delivery service will be dispatched by Second Class Recorded Post.
Delivery takes 1-4 working days and for orders over £30.00 a signature will be required upon delivery of your package.
If no-one is available to receive a signed for package the postman will leave a card with contact details for your local postal delivery centre where you can collect your package or arrange re-delivery.
UK Upgrade to RM Special Delivery + £4.95:
Should you require your order urgently, or your order value exceeds £50.00, MyFenix recommends an upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next day, signed for service with full insurance to cover the value of your order. Delivery is normally made before 1PM and a signature is required upon receipt of your package. Should no-one be available to receive your delivery, a card will be left with re-delivery instructions.
International Delivery to Europe:
Orders below £30.00 are charged at £2.95 - Standard airmail, delivery will normally be made within 7 working days by your local postal service
Orders above £30.00 are charged at £5.95 - International Signed For Mail, delivery will normally be made within 3-4 working days by your local postal service and a signature will be required. We will provide a tracking number to track your shipment.
International Delivery outside Europe - £7.95 - Deliveries outside Europe will be made using Royal Mail International Signed For Mail. Delivery will normally be made within 3-5 working days by your local postal service and a signature will be required. We will provide a tracking number to track your shipment.

Under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation 2006 (WEEE) we are pleased to offer our customers the facility to return their old equipment when they purchase a new item from us. This WEEE take-back is offered on a like-for-like basis. For instance, when you purchase a new flashlight from us, we will dispose of your old flashlight.

Under the WEEE regulations, all new electrical goods should be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.
Under the Waste Battery Regulations, MyFenix are now offering a take back scheme for all your portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries to our business premises in person. Please do not return batteries to us other than in person.

Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
