Our customers are our Number One priority at MyFenix. If you have a Fenix product that you do not feel performs to your expectations, please return the product to us, we will repair/replace as per our warranty set out below.

Please note: Every Fenix product carries an 11 digit serial number which is both a country of origin and individual distributor identifier. You can input your serial number on the Fenixlight website here to obtain this information. We will provide service only for products which we, as the UK Distriutor have imported into the UK and sold through our dealer network. If buying from auction sites etc you will receive NO UK warranty if you purchase from a non UK authorised reseller. Please check all address and location information carefully as some sellers claim to be based in the UK and piggyback UK listings but are actually located elsewhere. If in doubt please call us on 02921 157162 before you buy to ensure you will be receiving a 5 year UK warranty.
MyFenix warrants that following purchase, each Fenix Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods.
Lights with batteries built in and not removable: 2 years.
Lights which do not have rechargeable batteries supplied : 5 years
Lights which have rechargeable batteries supplied (which are removable): 5 years (light only) (battery warranty 1 year)
This warranty applies to all lights purchased after 01 Jan 2015, lights purchased prior to this date will be warranted for two years from date of purchase.
MyFenix is not responsible for any damage or failure resulting from any abuse, misuse, accident, or negligent act or omission by you or by any third party, battery leakage, or for acts of nature. Unauthorized repair or attempts to service the unit will invalidate the warranty. Non-compliance with your products instructions will invalidate the warranty.
For service of the unit under warranty, please return your Fenix product to your dealer or contact us directly at MyFenix. In the event of returning the product under warranty, please use sufficient protective packaging to prevent damage to the product.
Any product not meeting MyFenix warranty criteria will only be repaired/replaced at the sole discretion of MyFenix.
Please note that every Fenix product is serial numbered for identification. We can only provide warranty service for UK serial numbered products supplied through us.

Please return within 14 day's of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange. The item and packaging must be in new condition and all originally supplied accessories included. Please pack the item well to avoid postal damage. Insured postage is recommended as we can only issue credit on items received. A copy of your receipt and a note stating the reason for return should also be included.

If a product is returned to us and is found to not be faulty on testing there will be a charge of £5 to cover return postage and packing.
